Iconic chef, Gordon Ramsay is all in for Creed Aventus. That revelation isn’t brand new – he let this little secret out on Twitter (now X) back in 2014.

X user @jmzain tweeted Gordon Ramsay asking him what compliment-getting cologne he wear, the iconic chef replied with one word: Creed.

And, from what I can tell, Gordon’s commitment to it is more than a fling. During an ITV show, I noticed his bathroom cabinet wasn’t just stocked with Aventus – it was flaunting quite a few bottles of the scent!

And just like the famous chef, Creed Aventus makes a striking first impression with its fresh, fruity blend of Bergamot and Pineapple. As these initial notes mellow, they pave the way for a complex heart of Birch, Patchouli, and subtle florals like Jasmine. However, by the end of the day, it’s the deep, warm base of Vanilla and Musk that leaves a lasting impression. It’s like diving into one of Ramsay’s layered gourmet dishes: starting vibrant and fresh, but finishing with rich depth. 

Having personally tried Aventus, the scent lasted for over 8 hours on my skin, which is a lot more than how long most perfumes last on skin. 

As captivating as Aventus is, the price does lean towards the higher side ($350 for 50ml).
