Escada Summer Festival does what it says on the tin: it’s summer in a bottle. As soon as you spray it, you’re hit with fresh cherry blossom and sweet (almost sickly sweet) jasmine.
The sandalwood base grounds the fragrance, although I can’t help but feel it’s still a fairly generic summertime perfume that I wouldn’t recommend to most of my girlfriends.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s delightful, mood-boosting and fun. But is it one of the top summer fragrances out there?
It just smells too much like every other fruity perfume for my liking.
You’ll get compliments for sure though.
